ELeniyan was established with a singular purpose: to empower young Black men with the skills, confidence, and mindset required to excel in life. Acknowledging the unique challenges many young men face in navigating careers, entrepreneurship, and personal growth, we have created a structured, practical, and transformational programme to bridge the gap between potential and success.
Through 12 intensive weeks of training, mentorship, and community-building, our programme equips participants with the resilience, knowledge, and network necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving world. Whether pursuing employment, embarking on an entrepreneurial journey, or striving for personal development, our bootcamp provides the foundation for long-term success.
Our Vision
We envisage a future where every young Black man possesses the confidence, skills, and opportunities to realise his full potential. Our aim is to build a strong, self-sufficient community of men who lead with purpose, create generational wealth, and serve as role models for future generations.

With diverse backgrounds spanning business, education, mental health, and leadership development, our mentors and trainers offer real-world expertise and guidance, ensuring participants receive practical, actionable knowledge.
We firmly believe that representation matters, and as such, our mentors and speakers are accomplished individuals who have navigated similar challenges, providing authentic and relatable guidance.
A Message from the Founder
As a young Black man navigating the challenges of career progression, entrepreneurship, and personal growth, I realised how crucial it is to have access to the right knowledge, mentorship, and community. ELeniyan was born out of a vision to create a space where young men like myself can develop resilience, financial independence, and a strong sense of purpose.
This bootcamp is more than just a programme—it is a movement. A movement towards self-mastery, leadership, and generational success.
